RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Items in unused and original condition purchased online are eligible for returns within 7 days by mail if Damaged or defective. Items can only be returned by mail and cannot be exchanged for other items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Jollyre will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Last chance, Clearance items, Flash Sales, and Discounted Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Jollyre Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
